Pricing -

All prices on this website are excluding vat.

Ordering -

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received you order.

Orders may be placed by telephone on 0121 552 8400, by fax on 0121 511 1324 or through our secure online shopping cart.

From the time you place an order with us to the time you receive your order we will keep you up to date on the progress of your order by email or telephone.

Delivery Information -

UK Mainland delivery on all orders under £100.00 is charged at £8.50.

UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £100.00 is FREE OF CHARGE.

All prices quoted are excluding vat.

UK mainland does not include delivery to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland or any other offshore UK destination. Please call a member of our sales team on 0121 552 8400 for delivery rates to any of the above areas.

For your security all orders will need to be signed for on delivery (unless we receive special written instructions to leave your order without a signature) or it will not be left. Please remember to inspect the condition and quantity of your order before signing for the item. Claims for missing or damaged products will be rejected if they have been signed for "RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION".

In the unlikely event that your order is returned to us beacause it was not signed for then we will not be liable for any loss sustained by you and we will contact you to arrange a further payment to cover the re-delivery cost. Our carrier's will make 3 attempted deliveries and then your order will be held at the local depot with the option for you to collect it before after 7 days it is returned to us.

Our carrier's deliver between the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available on request (an additional delivery fee will apply).

Cancellations & Returns -

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation prior to the goods being despatched to you.

If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them for a refund within 7 days. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. The refund will be issued upon recipt of the goods in un-used & original condition including all outer packaging.

All goods returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. We will not refund any delivery cost's associated with the item being returned to us. You must use a signed for delivery service for all items that are returned to us.

Special order, made to order and non-stock items are not returnable.

Faulty Goods -

All tools are fully tested and cycled prior to despatch. If an item develops a fault within 7 days of you receiving it then please contact a member of our sales team on 0121 552 8400. We will arrange for the faulty item to be collected. Upon receiving the item back our engineer will inspect and test it and if the fault is found to be genuine then it will either be repaired or replaced and sent back to you FREE OF CHARGE. If no fault can be identified by our engineer then you will be liable for all carriage cost's incurred.

If an item develops a fault after this 7 day period then you can return it to us at your own cost and we will process this in accordance with our warranty conditions.

Warranty Information -

All tools are supplied with a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option any defect that arises in this period. This warranty is non transferable and is valid to the original purchaser only. It only covers damage resulting from defects in material and workmanship, and does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuse, accident or repairs made by anybody other than ourselves. This warranty is only valid if the tool has been used correctly in accordance with the manufacturers correct operating procedures which can be found in the instruction manual for each tool. Driver blades, bumpers, springs, pushers & o rings are considered normally wearing parts. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage of any kind (including loss of profilts, revenue or contracts) or for any destruction of property.

To obtain warranty service the customer must return the tool with the original sales invoice (or a copy) at their expense. If it is agreed that it is a valid warranty claim then the tool will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and returned to you at no cost. If the warranty claim is rejected we will quote you for repair or replacement of your tool.
