Ordering and Delivery

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.

Orders may be placed by telephone on 0121 552 8400, through our secure online shopping cart or by fax on 0121 511 1324.

From the time you place the order to the time you receive the goods we will keep you up to date by email or telephone.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £100.00 EXCLUDING VAT
(Orders under this value delivery is £8.50 Excluding Vat)

UK Mainland does not include delivery to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Scilly Isles & Scottish Offshore Islands. Please call us on 0121 552 8400 for delivery rates to any of the above areas.

All orders received before 12.00 noon will be despatched the same day (stock items only).
We use a 48hr recorded carrier service for our deliveries.

For your security all orders will need to be signed for on delivery or they will not be left. Please remember to inspect the condition and quantity of your package/goods before signing for the item. Claims for missing or damaged products will be rejected if they have been signed for “RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION”.

In the event that goods are returned to us because they were not signed for we will not be liable for any loss sustained by you and we will contact you to arrange payment by you of a further carriage charge before we are obliged to attempt to redeliver the items to you. Our carriers deliver between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
In the unlikely event that the goods are out of stock we will advise you by email.

Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation prior to the goods being despatched to you.

If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them for a refund within 7 days. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods in their original condition.

All goods returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Special order items are non-returnable.

Faulty Goods

All tools are tested prior to despatch so in the unlikely event you receive a tool that does not work correctly please call a member of our sales team on 0121 552 8400.

Changes to these terms

These terms are dated 27th June 2007.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
